Terms & Conditions


Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any Products from our Website. You should understand that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.
Please tick the accept box if you accept these terms and conditions. Please understand that if you refuse to accept these terms and conditions, you will not be able to order any Products from our Menu.


We are Le Petit Moulin Traiteur Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 11710864 registered office at Le Petit Moulin Traiteur Unit 10, Enterprise Way, NW10 6UG and you may contact us  



Product orders must be placed no later than Thursday.
All dishes are pre-cooked. The dishes will be delivered cold and all you will need to do is to reheat them in the oven. Check reheating instructions on the packaging.

You must ensure that your Order and any other information you supply to us is correct and you must promptly update us by email if there are any changes.

A "Your order is confirmed" message will appear on the Customer’s screen and an order confirmation will be sent to the Customer by email with the order number.
In the event that payment for the order is refused, the order will be cancelled and the Customer will be notified by e-mail.



The price of the Products and any delivery charges will be as quoted on our Website from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. Product prices include VAT.
Payment for all Products must be by credit or debit card and we require payment before we dispatch the Products. We use various cards payment services to carry out and process your payments.


Our deliveries are carefully organised for Fridays only. Delivery time between 11:00 – 17:00
Method of delivery of products: Le Petit Moulin Traiteur offers its Customers the following delivery and pick-up terms:
- delivery to the Customer "doorstep" 
- collection 
Orders submitted for locations that we cannot deliver to will be cancelled.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have given us the correct delivery address and any special delivery instructions.
If you are not in when we deliver your Products, we may leave your Products on your designated safe place at our discretion. If we have left your Products in your safe place, or another place deemed safe by our driver, and they are stolen or damaged, we do not accept any liability, but may offer you a refund or other compensation at our complete discretion.
If events beyond the control of Le Petit Moulin Traiteur, such as force majeure, strikes, administrative decisions, natural events (road snow, landslides, storms...) or any other circumstances, have prevented or delayed the performance of its services, Le Petit Moulin Traiteur cannot be held liable in any way. No compensation will be granted to the Client in any of these situations.


If you have an allergy, you are responsible for checking our packaging and Website to ensure that a Product does not contain a relevant allergen to you. If you are not sure, please contact us on 02037191894 or  All of the packaging for our Products is labelled to show any allergen advice, but please note that our Products may contain allergens including cereals containing gluten (wheat, rye, barley and oats), crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soybeans, milk, lactose, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame, sulphur dioxide and sulphites, lupin and molluscs. All Products are packed in a facility that handles nuts. Any severe allergy sufferers should contact us before placing an order.


You may use a discount code if it has been issued or authorised by us for our Products. You are only able to use them once per household.

Discount codes and gift cards may only be applied to future orders and cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash. Please check if there are time limits to the discount codes and gift cards as you may only have a limited period to use them. No change or credit will be given for unused portions of a gift card.

We reserve the right to cancel discount codes at any time. We also reserve the right to reject discount codes and gift cards if we suspect any fraud.

We will not accept liability if discount codes or gift cards are lost, stolen or damaged.


You have a legal right to receive goods which comply with their description and which are of satisfactory quality. If you believe that the items that you have been delivered do not comply with these legal rights, please let us know. We may request a photograph showing the problem if it is something that can be seen by inspecting the relevant Meal.
We will act reasonably in relation to any refunds and where reasonably required will provide a refund or credit voucher in respect of the affected part of the Meal, and also in respect of delivery if the whole order was affected, unless we have reasonable cause to believe that the problem was caused after delivery. It is entirely within our discretion as to whether we issue a refund or a credit voucher.

Prior to processing your refund or credit voucher, we may take into account relevant factors including the details of the order, what happened on delivery and information from any suppliers.
Where we are refunding you, we will send the relevant refund amount to the account used to place the Order.
